For over 75 years, BMTI (formerly Stemler Insurance Company) has served the community with innovative and highly effective health care solutions. In 1954, then president, Mr. Bill Stemler and Mr. Boyd Thompson were instrumental in establishing the San Joaquin Foundation for Medical Care which stood as the corner stone for health care in our community for many years. Many other California communities developed foundations patterned on the San Joaquin model.

Over the years, BMTI has evolved from a trusted and respected health insurance broker to a team of expert professionals who can provide a full spectrum of employer support services.

Patrick McTighe
Insurance Services

Patrick McTighe, with almost 20 years of serving the insurance needs of the community, is carrying on this tradition started by his grandfather (Mr. Bill Stemler) 76 years ago. Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to employee benefits. BMTI provides a high quality product, and Patrick will accept nothing less than the highest level of customer service from his employees.

Mr. McTighe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from U.C.L.A.

Fred Corry
Information Services

Fred Corry, with twenty five years of designing and installing programs for the health care industry, provides the skill and experience to guide the IS department. At BMTi, we don't purchase generic, "one size fits all" software and live with the inefficiencies like many of our competitors. Instead, we design and enhance our own systems to meet the specific needs of our clients and our business. This allows us to be more responsive to the needs of our clients as well as more effective and cost efficient.

Mr. Corry has earned a Bachelor degree from Manhattan College and a Masters degree from the University of Iowa.

Hugo Flores
Commercial Group and Individual Sales and Service

Hugo Flores. Hugo has over fifteen years experience in Sales and Service in the Healthcare Industry and almost six years with BMTI. Hugo specializes in Commercial Group sales and service. Hugo provides one to one and one to many support for our clients in all industries.

Mr. Flores holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanislaus State University, California.

Tiffany Bibelheimer
Customer Service Manager

Tiffany Bibelheimer. With more than six years of Administrative and Customer Service Support, Tiffany is BMTI's Senior Customer Service Representative and is the Manager of the Customer Service Department. She has been instrumental in providing the quality and attention to detail necessary for successful customer service and Premium Accounting. Tiffany holds a life license in California.

Ms. Bibelheimer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Chico State University, California.

Elizabeth Oliva DeBramlett
Customer Service, Claims Processing

Elizabeth Oliva-DeBramlett. Elizabeth is relatively new to the BMTI Customer Service Team with just over one year of employment. In that time she has demonstrated her ability as a member of the customer service team and has taken on claims processing as BMTI's primary contact.

Norman Randolph
Financial Services

Norman C Randolph. Norm has resided in Stockton, California for 40 years and has served the community for 20 years with Transamerica Financial Services. Norm adds a wealth of experience in Life Insurance, Pension, Estate Planning, Financial Planning, and Money Management to the BMTi group. Norn is a LUTCF and Financial Adviser graduate and he is licensed in California, Washington, and Iowa.

Mr. Randolph holds a Bachelor of Arts from Parson College, Iowa.

Jeff Bergman. Jeff operates out of our BMTI offices providing Property and Casualty expertise. Jeff has been providing sales and services expertise in this field for over 26 years in the Stockton community.

Tyler Solt. Tyler has over 23 years of experience in management and senior management roles and brings a business perspective influenced by successful entrepreneurs in the energy and manufacturing fields.
